The process of submitting membership applications using hand-written membership forms (PDF) has been replaced with an online system that reduce errors leading to the delayed processing of team rosters.
The 4-Step Online Process, developed and tested by the IEA Membership Office, reduces errors and turnaround times for membership forms allowing more members to begin competing earlier in the season.
Individuals interested in enrolling with the IEA should visit the Membership page of the IEA website and follow links to fill out the necessary forms for the upcoming season. The system requires payment to be made online. Team coaches or authorized adult contributing members may contact the Membership Office to arrange bulk membership payments by check / money order.
For those teams that reside in areas that do not have access to the internet, the IEA Membership Office will be happy to mail the current Membership Forms. Expected delivery guidelines through the USPS for most of the continental United States is 7-10 business days.
